 Mission
Our client, a well known international company leader in its sector, is currently recruiting a Test Manager who will be based in Geneva.
- Develop and monitor test practices according to standard test management to ensure that delivery projects and IT vendors deliver solutions with a sufficient level of quality and fulfilling business requirements
- Devise generic testing strategy for Delivery organisation
- Assess the quality level (test coverage against functional and non-functional requirements) in the project and ensure high quality testing prior to project delivery
- Understand and enable development of appropriate test suites and test cases and manage the design of these test cases with vendors
- Elaboring/reviewing all specified in IMP (ITS Project management Process) and bring in and sustain test practices ans testing disciplines - Quality monitoring of unit, system, integration and load testing scenarios - Elaborate or review and/or execute acceptance test scenarios
- Coordinate with BA and support business acceptance testing

 Profil
- University degree
- Seasoned experience in managing test in IT delivery projects and in controlling outsourced (off-shore) testing activity
- Ability to weigh business risks and prioritize tests accordingly
- Strong technical skills and deep understanding of software engineering and technology (JBoss, Oracle, 3-tier architecture)
- Understand trends in testing automation
- Familiarity with the tests and defect tracking tools that are currently in the market
- Sound knowledge of scripting languages and tools
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal, written and presentations, excellent documentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English; any other language will be an asset
