 Mission
Our client, a well known international company leader in its sector, is currently recruiting a Network Administrator who will be based in Northern America for its worldwide headquarters.
- Maintain and upgrade certain areas of the IT infrastructure which supports company's application systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure improvement projects as directed, using personal skills to produce technical outputs of high quality.
- Manage operational systems issues arising, ensuring that they are handled effectively, and in a timely fashion, whether by personal intervention or through external service providers.
- Communicate effectively with other areas of ITS and, where appropriate, with customers, on progress to ensure satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of work done
- Manage a range of technical activities to ensure that system improvements are professionally executed while taking account of varying priorities
- Work with other ITS teams to coordinate tasks so that when new projects are ready to be implemented, the Datacentre team is fully equipped to deal with issues arising.
- Contribute to the development of, and implement a common standard for effective management of IT-related problems
- Contribute effectively to the management and coordination of issue tracking (including identifying and addressing patterns of failure)

 Profil
- University degree with at least 5 years experience in the information technology
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work and deal with international clients and departments
- Highly motivated, self starter and team player
- Ability to gather data, compile information and report to all levels of management
- Experience in managing projects and related budgets
- Excellent technical skill
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
